S/01 · Status

What "open file" means.

We do not run open requisitions year-round. We hire when a specific client engagement requires a specific shape of person, and we hire from a shortlist we have already been building.

If you reach out before a role exists, you get on that shortlist. You will hear from us when something matches. You will not hear from us with generic recruiter spam in the meantime.

S/02 · How we work

Four things we are not flexible on.

Read these honestly. If any of them is a hard no for you, do not apply \u2014 we will both save the call.

  • Principle 01

    Senior-led, not senior-fronted

    The strategist on your first call is the strategist on every call. We do not bait-and-switch to juniors after kickoff. If you join the team, the same applies to you.

  • Principle 02

    Small team, high leverage

    We stay deliberately small. That means deeper context on every account, real ownership of outcomes, and a higher bar for hiring. Growth comes from depth, not headcount.

  • Principle 03

    Remote, async-first, written-first

    Decisions live in writing. Synchronous time is reserved for problems that actually need it. Distributed across UTC-5 to UTC+5:30; we expect 4 hours of overlap per day.

  • Principle 04

    Craft over speed

    We ship considered work. We will not push you to send a draft that is not ready. The trade is that we expect the same standard from you — every deliverable, every email.

    Marketing site + client tooling. Strong on performance, accessibility, and DX.

    Reporting, dashboards, and attribution. GA4, Looker Studio, BigQuery a plus.

    Not a job title. The specific work you would happily do for the next five years.

    Two artifacts.

    Links to two things you made \u2014 published work, a teardown, a deck, a repo, a Loom. Not a portfolio site.

    A constraint.

    Notice period, location, day rate or salary range, whatever matters to you. We respond faster when the shape is clear.
